This command is the exact opposite of OPME, it will remove your Ops
in the channel. If the channel is not specified, it will deop you on all
the channels that you have access in. |

This command will removes the Voice status of the targeted nick from
the channel. |

This command will make Q give you Ops (+o) in the channel. Once a channel
Op you can kick, ban, and set channel modes, or topic (if the channel is
+t). If the channel is not specified, it will op you on all channels that
you have access in. |

This command will give the targeted user voice in the channel. |

This command will make Q change the topic in the channel to the one

This command will make Q ban the targeted nick/hostmask from the channel.
This will mean that until the ban is removed or the channel is empty the
targeted user(s) will be denied access to the channel. |

This command will kick the target user from the channel for what ever
reason was supplied. |

This is used to add a new user to the channel list. You cannot add
a user to an equal or higher level of access than your own. |

This is used to check the level of access a user has in the channel
and information on whether AOP/AVOICE/SUSP are on or off. |

This command is used to alter the current level of someone on the channel's
access list. You may not alter someone's level if they have equal or higher
level access than you. You also may not set someone to a equal or higher
level access than yourself. |

This command is used to display a list of all the users who have access
to the channel. information displayed includes their registered nick, their
level, autoop, autovoice and whether they are suspended or not. |

This command is used to remove someone from the channel's users list.
You cannot remove a user who has equal or higher access level than you. |

*NoOp ON/OFF
If this is set to ON Q will not op anyone in the channel.
*StrictOps ON/OFF
When set ON Q will watch who you op and if they are not
access holders of level 100 or greater will deop them. In addition, access
holders of 100 or above will need to be authenticated.
*StrictMode ON/OFF
When set to ON Q will enforce the DefMode of the channel.
This means that if someone sets +p or -nt Q will set the modes back to
their default.
*StrictTopic ON/OFF
When ON Q will reset the channel topic to the one set
in DefTopic every one hour and prevent anyone from changing it.
*DefMode DEFAULT MODES
This defines the default modes to be enforced when StrictMode
is ON.
*DefTopic DEFAULT TOPIC
This is used to define the default topic to be used when
StrictTopic is ON.
*ChanInfo Description
This is a short one line description of the channel. |

This command may be used to suspend a users access to the channel without
removing them. While suspended the users will remain on the channel list
but have no access to any commands. |

This command will remove someone's suspension and return thier access
to the channel. |

/msg ms email emailaddy (ISP emails only) |
This command will set your email address with MS and allow you to use
the FORWARD command. |
/msg ms note regnick message |
This command will send a GalaxyNet Note to the given rnick. If rnick
has set EmailFwd ON, then the note will be delivered via email. Otherwise,
the note is sent and can be retrieved via the READ command. |
/msg ms erase number/all |
This command will erase either a certain note, or ALL of the notes
in your box. To get the number use the LIST command. |
/msg ms list |
This is used to retrieve a list of all the notes you have stored in
MemoServ. |
/msg ms read number |
This is the command used to read a message that is stored on MemoServ.
To get the number use the LIST command. |
/msg ms set setting* On/Off |
*ShowEmail on/off
This setting controls weather or not your email is displayed
when someone does a /msg ns info on you.
*EmailFwd on/off
If you enable this, then GalaxyNet Notes will be forwarded
to your registered email address <DEFAULT> |

This command will display, with no arguments, a list of all available
commands. With arguments this command will display help on that argument. |
/msg ns register password ISPemail |
This command will enter your current nick into the User Record Database.
Your password must include one lower case, UPPER case letter and one number
or punctuation mark. NOTE: Your nick will be unregistered if you do not
auth for 30 days! |
/msg ns version |
This command will display the current version information of Pulsar's
NickServ. |
/msg ns remove regnick password |
This command is used to remove a user that is using your registered
nickname or a ghost connection that has still not left the network. |
/msg ns info regnick |
This command will display that registered user's last seen hostmask,
email, and other miscellaneous information about the user. |

This command is used to change your old password to a new one. |
/msg ns whoami |
This command will display whom you are seen as in the User Record Database;
your hostmask, email address, and any other information that is stored

This command will erase you from the User Record Database. It will
unregister all your channels, and remove your access from all channels
you once had access to. No turning back. To change your registered nick
